PERCH designed a 6-foot-by-6-foot shed for a half-acre urban farm in East Boston, and drafted plans for the shed using Sketchup. The shed was designed for simple construction by the community, using a maximum of discounted or salvaged materials. Although Eastie Farm ultimately decided not to build the shed, PERCH presented a materials list and provided value engineering to meet a limited construction budget.
